  • Empowering Youth and Families
Our counselling and creative programs encourage healthy patterns of living to improve the quality and dignity of life of individuals and families within our diverse community. Our Child Youth and Family Counsellors work with youth under 19 years of age and their families who are experiencing challenges at home, in school or in the community.
We are honored to work on the unceded traditional L’Kwungen, Scia’new and T’Sou-ke Territory. We gratefully acknowledge and respect these peoples whose relationship to the land continues today.
Since 1968, Pacific Centre Family Services Association has been promoting dignity and quality of life for families and individuals across Greater Victoria, especially on the West Shore, through education, counselling and creative programming. We offer a wide range of vital services for people dealing with substance use, mental health issues, and day-to-day life challenges. Across 14 core programs, our services are improving the lives of an average of 2000 youth-at-risk, adults, families and seniors each year.
