Family service provider excited about upcoming move

New building will allow for more privacy in counseling sessions

The Pacific Centre Family Services Association (PCFSA) is almost
ready to start helping residents in its new building on Goldstream
Avenue.

While physically located in Colwood, the impact from these
additional services will be felt across the West Shore and the region.

Better at home is funded by the Government of BC and managed by the United Way. It is designed to support seniors to remain independent in their home. Better at Home is a community based model which utilises both volunteer and professional service providers. All seniors living in Langford, Colwood and Metchosin can request a Better at Home service. Better at Home provides seniors with support for simple day to day tasks and this helps them maintain their independence and stay connected with their community.
