What Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling is About
Many people experience problems in their daily lives that impact on their ability to work, study or to balance their work and personal lives. Pacific Centre provides counselling to help learners, employees and/or their family members to deal with the issues that they are facing.
Pacific Centre has agreements with a range of organizations to provide such counselling. Examples include:
- Royal Roads University (students)
- Capital Regional District Water Board
- Anglican Diocese of British Columbia
- Ceridian Lifeworks Services
If you think you are eligible then call the numbers provided or ask your employer if they cover the cost of counselling with Pacific Centre.
What Fee for Service Counselling is About
Pacific Centre also provides Fee for Service counselling to deal with wide range of troubling issues. An hour of professional counseling from Pacific Centre costs just $80 per session.

Referrals for the Employee Assistance Program usually come by calling a number provided through the concerned person’s employer and/or shop steward.
Royal Roads University Students can call directly at 478-8357 or 1-866-478-8357. Outside of regular business hours RRU students and anyone else in need has access to the Need Crisis Line at 386-6323.
Referrals for the Fee for Service Program are open to the community at large. Call 478-8357 or 1-866-478-8357 to get the process started.
