Project Break Through
Project Breakthrough is offered to parents and youth (aged 10 to 19) in the West Shore area, who have been identified as experiencing difficulty at home, school, or in the community. The program’s main focus is family mediation, which is a voluntary process for working out family disagreements and finding workable, acceptable solutions, with the help of a trained impartial counsellor. The purpose is to empower youth and families to develop healthy relationships.
The program offers:
- Individual Counselling
- Family Counselling/Mediation
- Crisis Intervention
- Outreach/Community Development
