In our sector we try and find time for our clinical and front line staff to train and network together in the interests of best practice and professional development. But there do not seem to be many such opportunities for our staff members in other roles - such as those in administrative support and finance.  Yet this could be a way for us all to find efficiencies in our systems and share learning in our ever modernising world of accountable service delivery.  If you are a local agency and have a suggestion or view - why not contact us!
